Project Management
We include specific project management services with the delivery of professional services in accordance to the varying needs of our clients.
Pre-design: We survey and document the existing conditions of real estate. We assist you assess the best direction for a landlord turnover (valuable for lease negotiations). We research and coordinate local code, zoning and permitting requirements. If we do not provide a specific discipline in-house, we source consultants and manage the delivery of their services (for example, structural or civil engineering).
Resource Management: We are thorough during the design development process working tenaciously on our client’s behalf to manage vendor and supplier resources. We bring attention to special requirements relating to a product, material or piece of equipment that may impact the design, budget or construction schedule. We go the extra step to obtain costs and delivery terms in order to help you make the right decisions about vendors and supplier resources.
CA/CPM: To assist with the construction phase we deliver construction administration (“CA”) and construction project management (“CPM”) services from pre-construction to closeout. We coordinate and manage the permitting process. We manage the custom manufacturing process. We manage the general construction bid process. And, if you do not have a construction department or your organizational model requires you to outsource CPM services, we can serve as your owner-advisor construction project manager delivering both on-site and off-site project management.
