From roof-lines to facades to interiors, architecture delivers the details and ultimately determines if a concept has the integrity to be a viable solution. 

Construction drawings communicate the design intent and they are the ultimate contract documents required to receive building permits and detailed construction costs or competitive bids.  Only skilled construction managers and tradesman can control the means and methods of delivering the work; however, any contractor, or any owner that has been through the construction process, will agree that clear, concise and detailed construction documents make all the difference.
