Planning a remodel, renovation or addition for your home?  We deliver the services needed to plan and design for interior renovations, exterior renovations, interior remodels and expanding your space.  We’ll want to discuss your needs first, as you may be better-served by a residential design-builder for minor remodels or projects not requiring permits, and we can certainly provide referrals.  In any respect, if you are moving or removing walls, adding on to an existing structure, building a new structure, or doing work that will impact electrical, plumbing or HVAC you will need a permit.
